Started in 1994, the Rochester Irish Festival, Inc. consisted solely of volunteers providing the Rochester community, and beyond, a yearly exhibition of Irish heritage and culture. The Rochester Irish Festival, Inc. is committed to the ideal of staging this event in an atmosphere conducive to families and children.
